Thank you for shopping at Event Merch Hub LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Digital products or gift cards are not eligible for return

Note:
Customized, personalized, limited-edition, or event-specific merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom printed items
  • Final sale or clearance products
  • Digital downloads
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Attach photos or videos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
  3. Our support team will review and provide a replacement or refund.

We cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed

Note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color exchanges (if available)
  • Defective items

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except defective/incorrect items)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Event Merch Hub LLC is not responsible for lost return packages

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment.

Once production or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Processing times may vary
