1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Digital products or gift cards are not eligible for return
Note:
Customized, personalized, limited-edition, or event-specific merchandise is non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom printed items
- Final sale or clearance products
- Digital downloads
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Attach photos or videos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- Our support team will review and provide a replacement or refund.
We cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Color exchanges (if available)
- Defective items

6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except defective/incorrect items)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Event Merch Hub LLC is not responsible for lost return packages
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment.
